Coastal Study

We have established the highest engineering standards in order to ensure that Reunion Cay properties are capable of withstanding high winds and coastal flooding. Supported by detailed hydrodynamic modeling, wind load ratings, and technology studies, Reunion Cay has set the minimum land surface elevation for buildings at 10.5 feet above mean sea level and minimum finished floor elevations for conditioned spaces at 14 feet above mean sea level.
